What is the minimum order quantity?
We work from 10 laptops. Typical orders range from 10 devices for an office to hundreds of servers under contract — the approach stays the same at any scale.
Which cities and countries do you deliver to?
We deliver across Kazakhstan. We procure and import equipment from the US, EMEA and Asia turnkey — with customs and import taxes handled on our side.
How long do a quote and delivery take?
We usually prepare a quote with price and timelines within one business day. Delivery is from 5 days for in-stock items, or typically 3–4 weeks for made-to-order items.
Do you take part in tenders and public procurement?
Yes. We prepare competitive bids for tenders and public procurement, including large-scale supply of servers and equipment.
What does turnkey delivery include?
Equipment selection for your task, the best price across 10+ distributors, procurement and import, delivery, basic setup (license activation and provisioning) and warranty support — with one manager at every stage.
